岩岩先做完運動...
踩單車去泳池=5,6分鐘(爆seed踩),
之後淨左4個直池(都已經超攰),
之後回程仲要踩多次單車返屋企,
真係攰到想死...

Ha ha, me too. I wondered it before.

NOT NOW after practising for a while, 'cos we hurt ourselves quite often while playing badminton, now I find TaiChi a very good sport to balance it or even to cure some of my pain.  

Though it's slow, we sweat a lot while practising it, even sweat more or the same as I'm hiking or playing other sports.

Believe it or not? You have to try yourself.


p.s.: we practise TaiChi outdoors in the evening.
currently outdoor is soooo hot

can i say...the mechanism on tai chi is similar to yoga? yoga tutor always says it can smooth the muscles
I practised Yoga for quite some time before as well.
There's much to say about them, not easy to elaborate here.  Sorry.
